How it works

From the first call to meetings on your calendar.

Done-for-you cold email outreach, paid per meeting. Here's everything that happens between agreeing who your buyer is and a qualified one turning up.

Book a call

Pay per qualified meeting that shows up. No retainer.

Before anything sends: agree what a qualified meeting is

Everything starts with a written definition of who you want to meet: the kind of company, the person's role and authority, and anything that rules a prospect out. It's what we build the list against, what the emails are written for, and what every meeting is billed against. If a booked meeting doesn't match it, you don't pay for it.

The per-meeting fee is agreed at the same time, before we start. Our guide to qualified sales meeting criteria covers what goes into a good definition.

1. We build the list

We find the companies that fit your criteria and the person inside each one who signs off — built for your buyer, verified before anything is sent, not bought off a shelf. Where there are signals that make a company more likely to need you now, the list is built around them: see how that differs by industry.

2. We write the copy

Short, plain emails that read like a person wrote them, built around what you actually sell and why this buyer should care this month. Every email goes out under your name, and you approve every line before anything sends.

3. We send it

From dedicated domains and inboxes we buy, authenticate and warm ourselves. Your main domain is never used and never at risk. Volume is kept modest per inbox and spread out, and deliverability is watched continuously — the cold email deliverability guide explains why each of those matters.

4. We handle the replies

We answer every reply, work the interested ones, handle the objections and questions, and agree a time. The meeting goes on your calendar at a time the prospect chose, confirmed. We send reminders and chase reschedules, because a no-show costs us, not you.

You see confirmed bookings, not an inbox. That's the appointment setting half of the service, and it's where most outbound falls down.

Setup takes about two weeks

New sending domains have to warm up before they can carry a campaign; rushing it gets them filtered for good. During setup we buy and configure the domains and inboxes, build the list and write the copy for your approval. After that, outreach runs continuously.

What we need from you

  • A clear picture of your buyer, so we can agree the criteria together.
  • Approval of the copy before it sends.
  • A calendar we can book meetings into.
  • To turn up to the meetings.

Everything else — list, copy, domains, sending, replies, booking — is ours. See pricing for how it's paid for.

Pay per meeting

How you pay

  • Monthly tech fee

    Covers the tech, at cost

Sending domains, inboxes and the software your campaigns run on. It pays for infrastructure, not for our time, and it is the only fixed cost there is.

  • Per qualified meeting

    The only thing we earn

One fee per meeting, agreed before we start. It is the whole of our upside, which is why our incentive and yours point the same way.

A meeting is billable only when all three are true

  • Qualified. It matches the buyer criteria we write down together before a single email goes out.

  • Booked. It is on your calendar, at a time they chose, confirmed.

  • Showed up. They attended. A booking that no-shows is our problem, not your invoice.

You never pay for

  • Our time
  • No-shows
  • Unqualified meetings
  • A month where nothing books
